Today Miriam is a continual student and teacher of the Living Foods life style, encouraging people of all ages and in all situations to replace SAD (standard American diet) foods with life enhancing foods.
Miriam is certified as a chef, an instructor, a teacher and she is certified to certify other chefs, so if you are interested in becoming a chef yourself, please inquire about certification classes.
